1. General Terms

3.3 Currency

• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Users can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. xk44 reserves the right to change the benefits and conditions of VIP tiers.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xk44:

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability.
• Collusion or working in groups to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or engaging in misconduct toward other users on the platform.
• Operating an account under a false identity or placing bets using a third party's funds.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting any system vulnerability.

Any violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
